We contacted Cardona Builders due to our basement flooding after every rainstorm. Romeo and his team were the only ones able to identify the problem and solve it immediately. Cardona Builders restructured a damaged part of our foundation, along with adding a French drain to support with future rainstorms, and installed a beautiful pavers patio. The work was beyond exceptional and we are very pleased. I would recommend Cardona Builders to anyone having an issue with their home, they get to the problem and get the job done efficiently.

We used Cardona builders to repair our roof after we had a tree colapse after a storm. Cardona Builders was very profesional and quick to meet our expectations. Our roof looks great along with some other repairs they did for us! We will definitely be using them for future projects!
Cardona's was extremely professional to work with. We turned a large, oddly shaped bathroom into a smaller, more efficient bathroom and a laundry room, involving plumbers, tilers, and electricians. Romeo was very helpful with the design, and the estimates were on target. We were kept apprised of progress throughout. The project turned out very well, even better than we expected. Even after an issue popped up months later, Romeo answered us promptly and resolved the issue within a couple of days (he had to send the subcontractor back out). We would happily use Cardona's again!
We contracted Cardona Builders for a remodeling project after recently purchasing a house. They are very dependable. Did top notch work and were great to work with. Professional, and completed the job in a timely manner. They were there to take care of one of my family’s biggest investments. Will definitely be working with them again in the future. We hired Cardona Builders to remodel our 2nd floor and basement. There was a lot that needed to be done, the results were a complete 360 turn, our 2nd floor and basement looks brand new and their work is impeccable. The quality of their work was splendid and the workers were professional and friendly. They would show up on time and do their work and also clean up after themselves. They Paid attention to detail and went overboard with what we asked. The results were beyond our expectations. Highly recommend any of their work.
My family has used Cardona Builders a few times now for multiple jobs and renovations in our family house. They are one of the most professional companies I’ve seen out there. Romeo and his guys have been nothing but professional so far. Our addition is nearing the completion stage and every stage completed has been perfect. What I admire the most is his transparency and expert advice before and during the work - I could not have asked for a better contractor. I will post pictures once everything is completed.
I worked with Romeo in a commercial project where they were able to remodel rooms and create new rooms in a commercial building in Marlborough. The results are amazing and we finished the project on time and we are very happy with the results!
We had a great experience with Cardona Builders. We are a Roman Catholic Religious Order and Cardona Builders performed structural repairs on one of our buildings. The workmanship was excellent, and the project came in on time and on budget. We have used Cardona before and will do so in the future.
I am Fr. Philip Parent, SM, a Marist priest and the Director of the Lourdes Center in Kenmore Square, Boston. We needed to have our building's northeast wall repaired. Bricks and masonry had fallen from one part of the wall and an inspection showed the need for a reconstruction of that area but also other areas where water damage had also compromised the structure. The needed work was organized well and thoroughly done. The structural engineer's report regarding the work needed and his recommendations were carefully followed. The workers were professional in their work and well supervised by Mr. Cardona. Mr. Cardona informed the Marist order and me regularly about the progress of the work. I was very pleased that all that was necessary was done without any delays. After the scaffolding was removed, the whole area was thoroughly cleared and cleaned. The wall looks very good now and is now well protected from the elements. I highly recommend Mr. Cardona and his company to anyone who needs any necessary work to be done.
