"I am Fr. Philip Parent, SM, a Marist priest and the Director of the Lourdes Center in Kenmore Square, Boston. We needed to have our building's northeast wall repaired. Bricks and masonry had fallen from one part of the wall and an inspection showed the need for a reconstruction of that area but also other areas where water damage had also compromised the structure. The needed work was organized well and thoroughly done. The structural engineer's report regarding the work needed and his recommendations were carefully followed. The workers were professional in their work and well supervised by Mr. Cardona. Mr. Cardona informed the Marist order and me regularly about the progress of the work. I was very pleased that all that was necessary was done without any delays. After the scaffolding was removed, the whole area was thoroughly cleared and cleaned.
